Account deletion
If you have a HupWorks account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- In the app when available: open Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm.
- Or email support@hup-works.nl from the email address linked to your account, with subject “Account deletion request”.
What is deleted
We delete or anonymize profile data, messages where feasible, and other personal account data associated with you.
What may be retained
Limited records may be kept where required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution (for example transaction or safety logs), for as long as necessary.
Timeline
We typically complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
